Rfmr Lite

Rfmr Lite is an ideal class if you are; new to Rfmr, need additional instruction, exercising with limitations or hoping to build a strong reformer Pilates foundation. Move at a slower pace, learn the fundamental reformer movement principles and gain confidence in your knowledge and ability.

Rfmr Restore

This is your go-to class when you're craving a deep stretch with just the right amount of gentle movement. Rfmr Restore includes essentials like legs in straps and is designed to leave you feeling lengthened and recharged. Rfmr Restore is accessible for all levels—from beginners to experienced movers—offering a slower pace and a more restorative focus without skipping the workout entirely.

Rfmr Workout

Rfmr Workout is our most popular class and we consider it the perfect all-rounder. No experience with Rfmr Pilates is necessary. Just let our friendly instructors know if it is your first time. We recommended this class if you are searching for a great fitness experience that focuses on building a stronger, leaner and flexible body. If you require a little more care, a slower pace or returning from injury, we suggest booking into Rfmr Lite for your first time.

Rfmr Mobility

Rfmr Mobility goes beyond traditional stretching and flexibility.

You will strengthen through range of motion, elevate your joint function and movement capacity. The real benefits of Rfmr Mobility are found within the reduction of pain, resilience against injuries and improvement in athletic performance.

Rfmr Intensity

Rfmr presents a new style of workout that is fast flowing, energetic and designed to sculpt while you sweat. ​ Rfmr Intensity is gentle on the joints but deliberately intent on raising your metabolism and increasing your endurance. ​ This class includes elements of HIIT training and strength training through the use of dumbbells and resistance bands. ​ Experience an endorphin rush and transform your body with this carefully crafted workout.
